Fitness is not an extra-curricular activity; it is a part and parcel of our daily life. My approach to stay fit is combining a lifestyle that is founded on where we live and when, what and how we eat.

When you choose a lifestyle that embraces your place of living, and eat what is grown and produced locally (and seasonal), you don’t need to motivate yourself to stay fit. Motivation is something that doesn’t stay long and it is external. So, when you integrate the lifestyle that embraces your needs for the day, you become fit and healthy naturally, and for a longer term.
